About Us

ACG Management Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore based investment management firm specializing in Japanese equities through a single long short fund. We operate a fundamental investment strategy with a focus on mid to small cap names and maintain a high volume of positions across sectors. Our operations team is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all post trade processes.

We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on Operations Analyst with strong fund accounting knowledge and technical skills. This role offers exposure to the full operational lifecycle, with opportunities to contribute across a variety of functions in a tight-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily and monthly NAV checks, including PnL validation, management fee and performance fee review
Reconcile trades, positions, and cash with Prime Brokers and fund administrator
Liaise with the Transfer Agency and fund administrator on capital activity and investor reporting
Extract and analyze operational data using SQL; Python and/or VBA is a plus
Maintain and enhance internal Excel tools for reconciliations, fee calculations, and reporting
Support trade bookings and lifecycle events for Japan listed equities
Collaborate with external service providers to resolve breaks or mismatches
Assist with audit preparation, regulatory filings, and internal control processes
Take ownership of ad hoc tasks as they arise, contributing to the broader needs of the team

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations or fund accounting
Strong understanding of NAV calculation, trade and cash reconciliation, and fund flows
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reconciliation
Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA and/or Python is a plus
Experience working with Prime Brokers and fund administrators
Familiarity with Japanese equities is advantageous
Japanese language skills are preferred but not essential
Meticulous, dependable, and detail-oriented
Flexible mindset with a willingness to support broader team operations when needed
