Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? As our Client Accounting – Corporate Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in driving business initiatives, managing client portfolios, and implementing process improvements within the Company.
This role provides an opportunity to be hands-on with a wide range of accounting functions, client advisory services, and process optimization efforts.
[Your Role & Responsibilities]
- Independently manage a portfolio of Singapore private limited company clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax, and XBRL filing, ensuring compliance with ACRA and IRAS deadlines.
- Assist clients in preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
- Prepare Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for clients in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C/Form C-S with Appendices to IRAS.
- Liaise with and advise clients on bookkeeping, payroll, ACRA, and IRAS-related matters.
- Assist Managers in reviewing and guiding Executives’ work to ensure quality and compliance in business outsourcing services.
- Support Managers in transitioning accounting, GST, and Corporate Tax records from take-over businesses and onboarding new clients.
- Assist Managers in implementing new software, improving SOPs, workflows, and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and filing deadlines.
[What We Are Looking For]
[Education]
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications.
[Skills & Experience]
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST, and XBRL within a Singapore outsourced accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), ACRA, MOM, CPF regulations, and relevant tax procedures.
- Experience in managing client relationships and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when engaging with clients.
- Proficiency in preparing consolidation reports using Excel and drafting statutory financial statements with notes.
- Technologically savvy with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced audit executives, supervisors, or team leads from Singapore Audit Firms are welcome to apply.
