Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong interest in the printing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, preparing artwork, and coordinating with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality print output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to client emails professionally and promptly
• Liaise with clients to understand job requirements and provide design support
• Prepare and submit accurate job sheets to the production team
• Handle basic project coordination and ensure design consistency across deliverables
• Assist in ensuring all artwork meets print specifications and deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a print-related environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
• Strong sense of responsibility , team spirit , and a positive working attitude
• Hardworking and capable of working overtime when necessary
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to project-based assignments
• Full-time position only
