Virtual Production Planning and Program

Job Summary:

The Virtual Production Planning Program Assistant supports the coordination and execution of virtual production planning activities. They assist the production management team in organizing schedules, tracking assets, liaising with creative and technical departments, and ensuring smooth communication across the virtual production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
  Assist in planning and scheduling virtual production stages (previs, techvis, motion capture, LED wall shoots, etc.)
  Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestone progress.
  Maintain documentation and production calendars.
• Departmental Support:
  Coordinate between VFX, art, camera, lighting, and engineering departments.
  Help organize meetings, notes, and action items across departments.
• Data & Asset Management:
  Help track digital assets (3D models, animations, camera data, etc.)
  Assist with version control and data integrity between teams and vendors.
• Technical & On-Set Support:
  Support virtual production tech teams with basic setup, equipment tracking, and live production needs.
  Help test and monitor real-time rendering pipelines during preproduction phases.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Manage production paperwork, vendor contracts, and logistical planning (e.g., booking stages or LED volumes).
  Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates for stakeholders.
