Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth operation of the admin department.
  • Provide general administrative support for Admin & Operation department
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Support daily operations i.e. preparing of invoices, delivery orders, reports and operational schedules
  • Responsible for stock orders and reports.
  • Maintain and update accounting records; compile and calculate monthly commission
  • Monitoring and updating of inventory stocks in warehouse
  • Ensuring proper filing of all documents, timely updates and records of sales data, etc.
  • Maintain and update of customer database.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience
  • Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented and strong initiative
  • Capable to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Organized, meticulous with good follow-through and ability to multi-task
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Positive working attitude
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
