Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth operation of the admin department.
- Provide general administrative support for Admin & Operation department
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Support daily operations i.e. preparing of invoices, delivery orders, reports and operational schedules
- Responsible for stock orders and reports.
- Maintain and update accounting records; compile and calculate monthly commission
- Monitoring and updating of inventory stocks in warehouse
- Ensuring proper filing of all documents, timely updates and records of sales data, etc.
- Maintain and update of customer database. Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience
- Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented and strong initiative
- Capable to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Organized, meticulous with good follow-through and ability to multi-task
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
