Vice President, Prime Brokerage Operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee full trade lifecycle ops: static data, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions
• Supervise daily BAU activities, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where needed
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, manage resources and coverage
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic ops initiatives
• Manage department-level projects and document functional requirements

Early shift and public holiday coverage (rotational)

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in brokerage/investment banking operations
• 7+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong product knowledge in Equities and Securities
• Familiarity with US QI regulations
• Experience with system rollouts is a strong advantage
