Responsibilities

  • Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims etc
  • Purchase office stationery and pantry items
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as prepare contracts of new employees, update contact list, work related to work permit application for foreign employee.
  • and other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Required Skill

  • MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Possess self-motivation and positive attitude

Working Hours

  • 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) 8am to 12noon (Alt Sat)
