Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for mechanical and electrical systems? We’re looking for a skilled M&E Design Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in translating complex design concepts into precise technical drawings and schematics. Your work will ensure that our M&E systems are not only functional but also optimized for performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical and electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software. Ensure all designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for design modifications, project specifications, and technical reports.
• Review designs for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct design checks and revisions as needed.
• Address design issues and provide solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of M&E systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CAD or design drafting are a plus.
• 2 years of experience as a Design Draftsman.
• Proficiency in CAD Softwares (Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD) with strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent drafting & 3D modelling skills and has ability to pay attention to all aspects of a task. Detail-oriented.
• Creative thinker, problem-solver, and team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
