Description

A JOB ROLE

Open House & Enrolment

  • Provide support for Open House and enrolment activities.
  • New enrolment collection of documents and payment
  • Fee collection & Daily Nets Closing
  • Collate and prepare enrolment (preschool and enrichment) reports.

Office Administration

  • Record minutes of meetings of management, operations, etc.
  • Track and replenish collaterals, certificates, letterheads, festive season cards, etc.
  • Maintain filing.
  • Record and file invoices.
  • Food ordering and food invoice processing
  • General Invoice receiving, processing, filing
  • Prepare, send and receive Courier bag
  • All classroom records like toy washing etc
  • Class and central attendance records checking to ensure no errors
  • SMART Sign in/ sign out records (with 3 daily temperature records) checking for Staff and Children
  • Visitors’ records checking
  • Answering phone calls and door
  • General filing – Birthday records, medication records, field trips consent forms etc.
  • Updating of allergy list
  • Updating of no media released list

Others

  • Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 'A' level, Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years' related working experience
  • Comfortable to work Overtime if needed
  • Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
