Job Description
- Design Indicators System: Define key metrics and build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks
- Analyze Data Fluctuations: Monitor key metrics and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific issues to identify underlying drivers
- Make Data-driven Decisions: Data-driven decision-making by identifying, structuring, and executing product and performance analyses
- A/B Test Evaluation: Design A/B experiment evaluation strategy and indicator matrix to evaluate the effect of the experiments
- Data Management: Provide recommendations for e-commerce, advertisement, content(video,live stream, etc) for data improvement, quality(accuracy), and efficiency of data
- Analyze business and algorithm influence and give insights to the PM team & Algo team on how to improve features, models, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
- 2+ years of work experience in data analysis/business analysis
- A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing evaluation, time series analysis), familiarity with common data analysis methodologies
- Experience using data access tools, building dashboards and analyses with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and data visualisation (e.g. Google Data Studio/Lumos/Druid)
- Experience working with very large data sets and distributed computing (SQL/Hive/Hadoop/MapReduce)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast learner and highly organised
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred
