Christian Bassett is recruiting a Senior Brand Manager (Tablets & Innovation) APAC, for a premium confectionery company.

Senior Brand Manager (Tablets & Innovation) will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director, will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's Tablets franchises as well as upcoming ranges in Asia Pacific.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Share guidelines and behave as the guardian of Tablets and Innovation brand equity and visual identity across touch points.
  • Define portfolio and pricing strategy across APAC, with special attention to ‘Focus Markets’.
  • Work with local teams to find the best portfolio and implementation solutions.
  • Lead conversations with Sales, Local Marketing/Trade Marketing, Media to propose 360 campaigns.
  • Support local teams to coordinate new portfolio and campaign initiatives while coordinating with DIS / Internal Marketing.
  • Monitor macro competitive, channel, and consumer trends, while initiating research projects where relevant.
  • Help create Brand stories (for Distributors / Retailers) as required for new products or concepts.
  • Propose or update the company’s Tablets and Innovation display intentities and solutions, while considering retail requirements in APAC.
  • Co-create ATL content and communication strategy (if required) with the APAC Media Manager.
  • Drive GPD conversations and Regional priority initiatives (Portfolio, Campaign, In-Store) for Tablets and Innovation.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into insights and articulate compelling strategies.
  • International (Regional, Global) experience, preferably in Asia.
  • Communication and presentation skills, including presentations to internal and external business partners.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Background: A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in an FMCG environment (experience in product, communication development and trade marketing roles).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business administration

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Japanese is beneficial

OTHER

  • Willingness to travel required
