DESIGNATION : Case Manager (FSC)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles & responsibilities of the Case Manager would include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct triage and intake services for members of the community.
  • Provide casework for individuals and families.
  • Plan and conduct group work to support the needs of beneficiaries.
  • Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
  • Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community.
  • Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries.
  • Assist with company projects or report submissions.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.

As a Case Manager with Allkin Family Service Centre (FSC), you may be deployed to work with various client groups across the different FSCs.



QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor / Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or other relevant qualifcations


OTHER INFORMATION

Candidate profile:

  • No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Passionate about uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Casework
    • Counselling
    • Risk and crisis management
    • Group work facilitation
