Responsibilities
- Training and managing spa receptionist and attendant teams and make sure the spa is open and close properly each day accordingly to Oasia Spa brand standards
- Implementing standard operating procedures and policies
- Checks daily bookings and assists with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Oasia Spa standards.
- Address guests’ complaints with empathy, and courtesy, always finding a resolution that guest feels is satisfactory. Never allow a guest to leave unsatisfied.
- Monitoring daily sales activities and maximizing the sales of services and retail products.
- Maintain high level of services.
- Coordinate ongoing educational training programs.
- Attends meetings and supervises reservations and bookings during Spa Director’s absence.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Assist with professional and retail product inventory.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Communicate to Spa Director any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggests improvements to Spa Director.
Requirements
- Relevant certification in Spa Services
- At least 2-3 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work shift hours including weekends, and public holidays
