Responsibilities

  • Training and managing spa receptionist and attendant teams and make sure the spa is open and close properly each day accordingly to Oasia Spa brand standards
  • Implementing standard operating procedures and policies
  • Checks daily bookings and assists with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Oasia Spa standards.
  • Address guests’ complaints with empathy, and courtesy, always finding a resolution that guest feels is satisfactory. Never allow a guest to leave unsatisfied.
  • Monitoring daily sales activities and maximizing the sales of services and retail products.
  • Maintain high level of services.
  • Coordinate ongoing educational training programs.
  • Attends meetings and supervises reservations and bookings during Spa Director’s absence.
  • Assist in emergency situations.
  • Assist with professional and retail product inventory.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Communicate to Spa Director any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
  • Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggests improvements to Spa Director.

Requirements

  • Relevant certification in Spa Services
  • At least 2-3 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work shift hours including weekends, and public holidays
