Job Description for Service Crew 1. Customer Service

Greet and welcome customers warmly.
Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer requests or concerns in a polite and prompt manner. 2. Order Handling
Operate the POS system for order taking and billing.
Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
Assist with packing takeout or delivery orders when needed. 3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters and service stations.
Clear and sanitize tables promptly after guests leave.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. 4. Team Support
Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Refill condiments, utensils and service supplies as needed.
Assist in opening, closing and daily setup tasks. 5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Outlet Manager.
