JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1) Develop detail marketing strategies based on marketing research , customer data , and business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition , and retention.

2) Allocate marketing resource effectively , ensuring that funds are used effectively for advertising , promotions content creation , and market research.

3)Develop and communicate the company's unique value proposition and ensure it stands out from competitors in the market.

4) Develop and implement strategies to improve organizes search rankings and create valuable contents that drives traffic and engagement.

5) Analyze market trends , competitors , and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth or areas where the company can differentiate itself.

COMPETENCIES

1) Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in market research,financial analysis and forecasting.

2)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all level

3)Skills in designing surveys and questionnaires to gather customer insights , preferences, and satisfaction levels.

4)Proficiency with customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions , manage leads , and improve customer retention.

5)Knowledge of developing advertising strategies for digital print , and other media types to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
