ADMIN EXECUTIVE CUM ACCOUNTS

Job Duties:
Coordinate with design and other departments ensuring all work functions smoothly
Handle Phone Call
All aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end audit procedures, quarterly GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports / responses to
government stat boards
Perform daily accounting duties (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, staff claims reimbursement)
Handle day-to-day accounting and admin duties
Handle HR management (eg. work pass application, renewal and cancellation-related matters and IR8A / IR21 submission.)
Assist with account payable & receivable
Implement corrective actions as per management
Handle any additional tasks as assigned from time to time by management
Test, document, report and monitor controls as per the Internal Control systems on frequent basis.
Verify the transactions are posted to appropriate accounts and ensure all payments are properly authorized
Daily bank reconciliation to ensure incoming funds and deductions are accurately recorded.
Assist with internal and external auditing and preparing audit schedules.
Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant qualification in Accounting
Prefer two years of admin cum accounts experience.
Able to work independently, initiative and a team player
Ability to multi-task, meticulous and high attention to detail
Innovative and able to adapt to industry changes
Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communicational and presentational skills;
(to liaise with Chinese speaking associates regarding all financial operations)
Computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS Office
With Past Experience in accounting software
Able to start work with short notice / immediately preferred
