We look for an energetic HR & Admin professional, who is competent and seeking excellence..

We need the person to lead our effort to source and retain competent local talents and grow with the company to take on senior roles in the years to come. The suitable candidate will be a friendly and kind hearted person; the person will be creative and enable the implementation of professional standards of performance in the company.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, attendance inputs and engagement activities .
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Provide support for various administrative projects and tasks as required.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
  • Providing general support to visitors.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments using administrative software.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Collate staff expense claims and monitor annual / medical leave and liaise with account department
  • Handle HR related matters including talent recruitment, payroll and leave administration
  • Diploma or Degree certificate
  • At least 2 -3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Good MS office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Training provided for entry-level candidates
