General Administrative Support
- Perform general office administration duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Assist in checking and processing of invoices and other accounting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders regarding invoice discrepancies or clarifications.
- Handle administrative duties related to licensing, renewals, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in maintaining operational records and other logistics as needed.
- Maintain and organize contracts, agreements, and important company documents.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping for corporate files.
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to promote and close in-house sales.
- Follow up on sales leads, provide product/service information, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update the CRM system with all sales activities.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Support other departments when necessary to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
