IT Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure while ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server administration, software and hardware management, security protocols, and IT policies, as well as leading IT initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Server Management

• Setup, configure, and maintain servers, including RAID configuration.
• Manage server OS installation and configuration.
• Setup and administer Domain Controllers, DNS, WSUS, and Certification Authorities.
• Install and configure SSL certificates.
  
  

Web & Application Management

• Install and configure Microsoft web server with .NET framework.
• Create and maintain corporate websites using WordPress.
  
  

Backup & Recovery

• Install and set up HP backup data protector with tape loader integration.
  
  

Communication & Device Management

• Administer and troubleshoot VICIdial phone systems.
  
  

Operating Systems & Applications

• Expertise in Windows Server 2019, Linux, Asterisk, Mac OS, Windows 10 & 11, and iPhone systems.
  
  

Programming & Database Administration

• Work with programming languages including C#, VBA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL queries, and Web APIs.
• Database management expertise in MS-Access, MySQL, MS-SQL, Handbase.
  
  

Security & Encryption

• Implement cryptographic security including SSL, TLS, PGP, Veracrypt, Crypto Suites, and 7-Zip encryption.
• Set up and troubleshoot WSUS, Sophos security tools, and monitor security logs.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) account creation, maintenance, access rights, and user monitoring.
  
  

Networking & Email Management

• Handle network protocols, LAN/WAN connectivity, troubleshooting.
• Email troubleshooting, Exchange server configuration, and Exchange Web Services administration.
  
  

Compliance & IT Policies

• Develop and maintain IT policies to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Perform pre-audit checks, IT hardening, and half-yearly IT audits.
  
  

Business Continuity & Training

• Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) sites and update BCP plans regularly.
• Conduct IT training sessions for staff bi-annually to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Networking, Security, or related fields are a plus.
