Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description

PCE Build is seeking a Freelance or Part-Time Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across key platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging content, understands social trends, and can tell a compelling brand story — particularly in the construction and property space .

While we are currently hiring for a freelance or part-time position, we are open to converting to full-time for the right candidate who shows strong initiative and alignment with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write concise, brand-aligned captions for different types of content (project updates, milestones, behind-the-scenes).
• Work with internal teams to gather site photos, project news, and client testimonials.
• Edit short-form videos and visuals using tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Monitor engagement and assist in replying to comments and messages when needed.
• Track performance and provide monthly social media reports.
• Optional: run paid social campaigns within an agreed budget (Meta Ads, etc.).

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and content trends.
• Experience in or interest in the construction/property/architecture sector is a plus.
• Bonus: basic photography, drone footage, or content shooting experience.

Work Arrangement

• Freelance or Part-Time: ~5–10 hours/week, flexible hours.
• Remote with occasional site visits (if needed).
• Full-time option available depending on performance and mutual interest.
