Job Description – Warehouse Operations Executive

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Support stocktake and audit activities
• Prepare reports on stock movement and inventory status
• Use warehouse management systems to track goods

Job Requirements

• Familiar with inventory systems or warehouse software (e.g., SAP, WMS)
• Able to lift and move boxes when needed
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
