MARKETING ASSISTANT (FRESH GRAD WELCOME TO APPLY)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Marketing Assistant —perfect for a fresh graduate eager to gain real-world experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, assisting in marketing campaigns, and supporting our branding initiatives across both digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production:
  Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other team members to conceptualize, script, and produce educational and promotional video content.
  Shoot and edit short videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.).
  Plan and capture behind-the-scenes footage of treatments, events, and campaigns.
• Marketing & Media Support:
  Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  Assist in maintaining and updating website content (basic knowledge of SEO is a plus).
  Contribute to visual content and write-ups for brochures, posters, and other offline materials.
• Event Planning & Promotion:
  Assist in the planning, coordination, and coverage of promotional events or marketing activities.
  Help create post-event content to boost engagement and brand presence.
• General Marketing Support:
  Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  Track engagement and performance metrics of content and suggest improvements.
  Support ad-hoc marketing and branding initiatives as needed. Respond to customer feedback and enquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar apps).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and wellness trends.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points (Not Required but Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with SEO principles.
• Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, etc.).
