About Us

MeMove is a for-profit social enterprise helping low-income individuals build better livelihoods. We do this by offering accessible financing for mobility devices like e-bikes , making it easier for people to earn, move, and grow.

Job Responsibilities

Showroom Operations

  • Handle pickups and returns at our showroom
  • Set up and prep devices for handover (basic checks and configuration)
  • Host customer appointments and guide them through our products

Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage incoming leads via WhatsApp, Carousell, and other platforms
  • Schedule test rides or visits and follow up with leads
  • Close sales and help customers select the right product

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Be the main point of contact for customers after the sale
  • Assist with post-sale issues like servicing, repairs, or questions
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate solutions quickly

Requirements

  • Open to fresh grads. No prior experience needed, just a good attitude. Bonus if you’re genuinely interested in micromobility devices like e-bikes.
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin to better assist a wide range of customers.
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people. This role involves a lot of communication and sales interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others, especially low-income or underserved communities.
  • Able to work well in a team while also hitting individual sales goals.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and other simple digital tools.

Working Hours

  • Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • You may be scheduled on some weekends or public holidays depending on customer appointments.
  • You’ll be based at our showroom near Aljunied MRT (just 1 minute away).
