- Min Diploma in Building / Construction
- Min 3 years experience in landed residential houses
- Proven experience as construction project manager or site Manager
- Understanding of construction procedures & sequence and project management
- Familiarity with Quality of works and MOM-Health and Safety Standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office + MS Project
- Able to prepare Master Programme & schedule
- Good communication and able to lead site Meeting .
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- Familiar with Authorities requirements & regulations .
