Job purpose
  • Ensures that customers are prompt in payment.
  • Updates the management team when there are issues with customers.
  • Helps to resolve customers’ issues.
  • Submit applications for GIRO and disbursements.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Preparation and submission of GIRO applications to banks and consistently update Manager & customer
  • Preparation, review and submission of documents to banks
  • Check and update payments received
  • Keep all records up-to-date
  • Strong follow-up for payments by WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Preparation of calculation & documents when customers default
  • Attend to Hirers / Dealers on early redemption of HP accounts
  • Manage Debtors for Non-Performing Loan (“NPL” ) accounts and process repossessed accounts

Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Team player and proactive individual
  • Meticulous and organized
