We’re a Japanese patisserie based in Mandai , known for meticulous technique and thoughtful flavors. We’re not after mass production—we’re about elevating baking into an art form . • Creating refined Japanese-style pastries, breads, and desserts with consistency and care
• Ensuring every bake meets our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation
• Monitoring ingredient quality and freshness like the pro you are
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and food-safe
• Operating baking equipment with confidence and care
• Collaborating on new seasonal treats and recipe tweaks

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ve got experience in baking or pastry work —whether at a pro bakery or in serious home practice
• You’re confident with ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and pastry tools
• You’re all about the details —from ingredient prep to final decoration
• You like working with people just as much as working with flour
• You’ve got a creative side and a feel for aesthetics
You take pride in what you make—and it shows

Job Details:

• Location: Mandai
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rest Days: 6 days off per month
• Annual Leave: 12 days
• Salary: $2,700 – $3,300/month (depending on experience)
