Cook needed for Economical Mixed Rice Stall

• Cook a variety of dishes daily for mixed rice (e.g., stir-fries, curries, steamed dishes, fried items)

• Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and making sauces

• Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized throughout the day

• Manage food stock and report low inventory or spoilage

• Work with kitchen head chef to ensure smooth operations
  

Requirements:

• Experience in cooking for a mixed rice stall or similar setup preferred

• Ability to cook in bulk and under time pressure

• Knowledge of local Asian/Chinese-style home-cooked dishes

• Basic food safety knowledge

• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays

• Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties (e.g., lifting, standing long hours)

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
