Role Overview

We are seeking a Risk & Control Coordinator to support IT governance and audit-related activities within the Security Engineering division. This role will act as a liaison between governance teams and technical stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compliance with internal and external audit requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between Governance teams and technical teams throughout the audit cycle.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for audits and governance reviews.
  • Track and manage audit tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Perform sanity checks on audit responses for clarity, relevance, and completeness.
  • Consolidate and submit required data and documentation.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of audits, tracking status and progress.
  • Monitor timely responses to audit queries and escalate delays as necessary.
  • Ensure consistent awareness of upcoming deliverables and key issues among stakeholders.



Requirements


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT or technology-related support functions.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including technical documentation.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems (e.g., filing, record keeping).


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of IT security concepts and audit requirements.
