Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily cremation service operations, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency at all facilities.
• Implement process improvements for better productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with veterinary clinics and pet care partners.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, pet shops, and animal shelters.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and channels for revenue generation.
• Track and analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to optimize performance.

Customer Experience

• Ensure a compassionate, professional, and seamless experience for clients.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with sensitivity and resolution-focused communication.
• Develop customer service protocols and train team members accordingly.
