• Resposibilities
• Respond to fault reports, site survey requests, and job requests promptly.
• Determine if defects fall under the cost cap and proceed accordingly.
• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients.
• Ensure monthly reports for every site are being delivered to Clients and documents submitted for billings.
• Liaise with project teams, site supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Track equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting
• Handle workplace investigations grievance and discipline.
• Ensure overall efficient business operation on worksite.
• Provide work cost estimates to clients.
• Co-ordinates and liase with clients and frame makers.
• Ensure safety procedure and guidelines are observed by the workers in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Good time management, approachable and flexible to work long hours when required

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Miniumm 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working in site environments and engaging with diverse teams
• Passionate about innovation and improving how things are built
• Ready to work any shift.
• Need to work long term.
• Ready to work on public holidays & Sunday.
