- Conceptualise ideas, set the creative direction, and manage creative projects to produce stunning visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and overall branding.
- Design and layout digital and physical marketing collaterals, including:
- Display banners
- EDMs
- Digital activity booklets
- Programme brochures
- Posters and advertisements
- Social Media Graphics
- Manage day-to-day maintenance and content development on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), as well as the company website.
- Familiar with updating and editing content on WordPress websites, including uploading articles, updating visuals, and maintaining page layout consistency.
- Support internal marketing and new business initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative assets and bring ideas to fruition.
- Interpret creative briefs to understand the requirements and business goals of various stakeholders.
- Handle multiple ongoing projects and perform effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fine-tune and finish final artwork (FA) with precision, applying strong attention to design detail and final copy.
- A Degree in Design, Visual Communication or equivalent design-related field
- 1–3 years of experience working as a graphic designer or in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of print processes and finished artwork preparation
- Experience in delivering digital assets, online campaigns, and content for social media platforms
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Proven experience in leading a creative team in executing marketing/advertising campaigns from concept to production
- Resourceful, proactive, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Plus Points
- Experience creating animated GIFs using After Effects or Photoshop
- Videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro)
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Photography skills
- Good aesthetic sense in typography, colour, and layout composition
- Creative mindset, constantly exploring new ways to communicate messages
- Passion for education or some familiarity with Chinese is preferred
- Bilingual in English & Chinese to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Ability to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
