Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting residents and visitors, assisting with lift access via intercom.
  • Attending to inquiries and forwarding messages.
  • Recording complaints, feedback, incidents, and reporting them.
  • Managing parcels, programming access cards, updating contact lists.
  • Responding to emails and updating communication systems.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as circulars, vehicle registration, facility bookings, and guest check-in/out.
  • Monitoring facilities and ensuring cleanliness and order in common areas.
  • Assisting with applications and distribution of circulars.
  • Providing logistical support for residents and estate operations


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Should have relevant experience in customer service or estate management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in greeting and assisting residents and visitors.
  • Familiarity with intercom systems, access card programming, and basic administrative procedures.
  • Ability to handle complaints, record incidents, and report accurately.
  • Knowledge of estate facilities and amenities.
  • Customer service orientation and professionalism.
