Working Hours: 44hrs/week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greeting residents and visitors, assisting with lift access via intercom.
- Attending to inquiries and forwarding messages.
- Recording complaints, feedback, incidents, and reporting them.
- Managing parcels, programming access cards, updating contact lists.
- Responding to emails and updating communication systems.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as circulars, vehicle registration, facility bookings, and guest check-in/out.
- Monitoring facilities and ensuring cleanliness and order in common areas.
- Assisting with applications and distribution of circulars. Providing logistical support for residents and estate operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Should have relevant experience in customer service or estate management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in greeting and assisting residents and visitors.
- Familiarity with intercom systems, access card programming, and basic administrative procedures.
- Ability to handle complaints, record incidents, and report accurately.
- Knowledge of estate facilities and amenities.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
