We are looking for a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant for our Trading client based in Tiong Bahru .

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Handling invoices and purchase orders
  • Preparing and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support
  • Strong skills in managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Prepare Pricing List
  • Adhoc Duties
  • 5 days work
  • Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
