Conduct and coordinate regular on-site inspection to audit physical conditions, safe work practices and system compliance
Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate hazards
Assist in identifying unsafe condition/ unsafe act & recommend/ implement reasonable practicable measures to correct the situation.
Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions
Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects
Prepare and submit daily/ weekly and monthly safety report
Organize and conduct daily toolbox talk to workforce
Maintain proper upkeep of HSE documents
Partake in internal and external system audit
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
