Production Engineering Technician

Job Descriptions:

• Assist engineers in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment and process issues.
• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for precision parts and automation systems.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to assist with production planning.
• Monitor production workflows to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Collect and analyze production data for reporting and process improvement.
• Work closely with QA/QC and engineering departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation related to equipment, maintenance, and production processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a precision manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, jigs and fixtures, automation systems, and process tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
