Project Coordinator

Position title: Project Co-ordinator (Interior Design Industry)

• Location: KB-1, Kaki Bukit
• Working Days: 5.5 days, Monday-Saturday
• Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday); 8.00am to 12.30pm (Saturday)
• Salary: $2,800-$4,500 (depends on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried. out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing.
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures.
• Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division.
• Responds to customers feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.
• Control and manage purchases and stock.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the interior design/renovation/construction industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel overseas to oversee the projects when required.
• Willing to work 5.5 days/week.
