  • Managing technical resources and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects or services.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical staff. Provide guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Ensure the right technical resources are available to meet project demands. This includes managing workloads, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain the technical strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, promoting innovative solutions and ensuring that the team is up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Lead engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure high standards of quality in all engineering deliverables, performing code reviews, and testing.
  • Help prepare and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring the proper allocation of resources and staying within financial constraints.
  • Seek ways to optimize costs in terms of resources, tools, and technologies while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Oversee the delivery of engineering services (e.g., maintenance, support, installation) to ensure that they meet customer expectations.
  • Lead efforts to address escalated technical issues or service disruptions, coordinating with the engineering team to resolve complex problems.
  • Ensure engineering services are compliant with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service-related processes, technical solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Communicating complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability to solve complex technical and operational issues.
