Deputy Manager/ Manager, Risk Management & Compliance

Job Responsibility

• Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment and operational risk reviews on departments’ processes

• Conduct due diligence checks on outsourced service providers

• Co-ordinate periodic business continuity exercises

• Monitor the business that operates within the approved risk appetite framework

• Follow-up with outstanding action arising from various risk related reviews and audits

• Review of environmental risk for scoped transactions

• Prepare relevant materials for reporting to Risk Management Committee

• Perform risk administrative matters in relation to maintenance of various Risk Registers and Risk Reports

• Assists the Head of Risk and Compliance on any assigned project and initiative
  

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accounting, Business, or other related discipline

• At least have 5 years of relevant experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive and positive attitude

• Have good organization skill and have a keen eye on details

• Able to embrace work challenge and work under pressure
