Primary Responsibilities and Activities
Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, guiding organizations on their journey to leverage ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Consultant to utilize expertise to design, implement, and configure ITSM solutions that streamline IT processes, improve visibility, and enhance service delivery.
Hands-on experience in building and customizing Service Portal and Employee Center. Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow widgets.
Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
Experience working in a global setting
Knowledge of ITIL process
