Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company goals. You will lead a team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies to support business growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketers, including content, digital, and campaign specialists.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, and traditional channels.

• Research New Products

• Oversee creation of high-impact content for different stages of the customer journey, including IG, case studies and email sequences.

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure performance, gain insights, and adjust strategies as needed.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure a high ROI on marketing spend.

• Collaborate with external agencies and service providers to execute campaigns and projects.
