Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

1. Understand the works and coordinate among all trades.

2. Scheduling of project, implementation, monitoring progress, and exercising site control to achieve smooth progress.

3. Preparation of Construction detailed drawing/shop drawing for submission.

4. Review shop drawings and samples prior to submission.

5. Preparation of Progress Report and feedback on overall performance periodically

6. Attending site meeting for liaising between consultant and client for their needs and requirement

7. Evaluation of Subcon's claim against actual completion on site

8. Evaluate and approval on work sequence and method statement submitted by Subcon

9. Preparation of Operation Maintenance Manual upon completion of work

10. Maintain good workmanship and satisfactory completion

11. Assist in site safety to achieve Safety First Working Environment

12. Lead the team of workers to full efficiency

13. Any other duties as and when assigned by the company.

Requirement

1) Minimum Diploma and above

2) Minimum 3-5 years LOCAL Experience

3) Experience in A&A renovation is an advantage

4) Essential PC Knowledge in Autocad and MS Project

5) Effective Communication Skill

6) Able to work independently
