SAP MM/PP Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for MM (Materials Management) with SAP PP (Production Planning) modules.
• Configure, test, and support MRP processes across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP best practices.
• Provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases of SAP projects.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
• Lead workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FI/CO).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP PP/MM implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP concepts, material planning strategies, and procurement processes.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration for PP and MM modules.
• Understanding of batch management, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production orders.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in MM.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with integration to MES systems or external planning tools.
