Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair structures such as cabinets, furniture, and building frameworks

• Install doors, windows, and hardware

• Build and install stairs, railings, and other fixtures

• Perform finishing work such as sanding, staining, and painting

• Read and interpret blueprints and plans

• Work with a variety of materials including wood, drywall, and roofing materials

• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials

• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately

• Ability to work in a team environment
