Senior Legal Executive (Corporate)

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate commercial matters and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake legal research and interpret judgements, laws, and regulations to prepare up-to-date and accurate legal advice and appropriate legal solutions

• Assist in drafting advice for international and domestic clients on a broad range of corporate law matters

• Assist in drafting key and ancillary documents for corporate and commercial transactions

• Manage multiple files and transactions concurrently

• Forge and maintain strong relationship with clients

• Participate in business development activities and client engagement events
  

Key Requirements

• LLB/JD qualified

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant In-house and/or law firm experience

• Excellent analytical, communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills

• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
