Job Description:

To assist the Resident Architect in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site
Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship
To ensure the contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the work site
To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract
To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

Requirements:

Min of 5 years of Architectural experience (including interior design experience) with recognised Diploma in relevant field
At least 3 year's experience in the supervision of rail transit system, infrastructure, and or projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution
