Resident Architect

Job Description

1. To assist QP(S) carry out supervision for Architectural works and its related works.

2. Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other

consultants and contractors.

3. Lead the architectural site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client

and/or project consultants.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Architectural from university recognized by Singapore BOA.

2. Minimum 8 years of Architectural experience, with at least 4 years of experience in design (including interior design experience) and 4 years in construction supervision for commercial mixed-use and office projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

3. Strong knowledge of Archi details, working drawings.
