We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital solutions that address user needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, designers, engineers, and analysts to define product vision, gather requirements, and manage the product lifecycle.
Be Part of Our Success
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from users, business units, and stakeholders.
- Work with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Manage product backlog, write clear user stories, and lead backlog refinement sessions.
- Monitor product performance using data and analytics, and iterate based on feedback.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on product progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
Qualities We Value
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in software or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
