We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide technical support for merchants across Singapore to maintain service excellence and delivering reliable and seamless systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage payment terminals and work orders from the office
• Prepare and configure terminals for deployment
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot payment terminals at merchant locations
• Provide comprehensive user training for merchants
• Perform system checks and verify documentation accuracy
• Respond promptly to service calls across Singapore
  
  

Requirements

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
• 4-day work shift, offering work-life balance
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 car/van driving license or Class 2B motorcycle license
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
