Job Description

  • Handling customer enquiries about product or services offered at Hotel.
  • Receive reservation request via email / telephone inquiries and enter into booking system.
  • Processing payment and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Works closely with Front Office and Sales Department.
  • Any other task as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Data entry experience.
  • Proficient in microsoft office.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome.

Others

  • No shift work (9am to 5pm)
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWG) provided
