Job Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and service.
  • Assist in ensuring and maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Assist back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas.
  • Coordinates departmental responsibilities.
  • Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel.
  • Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.


Job Requirements:

· · Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Food & Beverage Services.

  • Minimum 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field in a similar capacity is required for this position.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness.
  • Customer oriented and Results-driven.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH).
