Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and service.
- Assist in ensuring and maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Assist back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures and other food - and services - related areas.
- Coordinates departmental responsibilities.
- Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel.
- Maintains close surveillance of guest comments/complaints and provides corrections when applicable.
- Preparing reports.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
· · Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Food & Beverage Services.
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field in a similar capacity is required for this position.
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness.
- Customer oriented and Results-driven.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH).
